Ligaplex is a supplement that I have used for 30 years to strengthen ligaments. This supplement is very useful for patients who have a hard time holding their adjustments.

A-F Betafood is a nutritional supplement from Standard Process that offers general nutritional support. It contains red beet roots and leaves which help to gently detoxify the liver and aid in the breakdown of fats.

I have personally used this product for years with great success. In fact, whenever I eat a meal that contains salad dressing, butter, cream, etc... I take a couple of these tablets. If I still feel uncomfortable, I may take a couple more a half-hour later to finish the job.

A-F Betafood also contains carrots, alfalfa, flaxseed oil, and nutritional yeast which supplies your B-Complex. This is a good supplement that I highly recommend.

There are a number of products that I use for colds and sinus problems. They all work as general nutritional support for the health of the body.

Congaplex: This is a whole food supplement from Standard Process. It comes in a capsule and also in a chewable. Personally, I use the chewable for myself and my family. Whenever I feel a cold coming on or I feel like my resistance is low, I chew a couple Congaplex tablets. Sometimes I may chew as many as 10 or 15 tablets within an hour; especially if my throat begins to feel rough or I feel my sinuses becoming congested. I may go through an entire bottle in a couple of days if my symptoms persist. Very often this allows me to head off an infection before it takes hold.

Cold Calm: This is a homeopathic from Boiron. The diluted herbs in this product are released by dissolving the small tablets under your tongue. Once the tablets dissolve, I keep the solution under my tongue for three to five minutes. Also, I do not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes as this will wash the herbs out and eliminate continued absorption. Cold Calm usually helps my sinuses within 10 to 15 minutes. I have been using this product for over 20 years with great success. If I don’t get the results I want within 15 minutes, I dissolve a couple more pills the same way. I continue this process until my sinuses are better.

Chestal: This is another homeopathic from Boiron: it helps with general nutritional support for chest congestion by stimulating the immune system. As with all homeopathic remedies, the sooner you use it the faster it works.

Thymus PMG: This is a Standard Process supplement that contains beef thymus protomorphogen. The thymus gland is your main immune gland. Thymus PMG offers general nutritional support for this important gland to help build a stronger immunity.

How you feel is often directly related to the health of your liver.

If your liver is sluggish or congested from eating too much junk food or drinking too much alcohol, it may cause you to feel tired. You may get to the point where you would rather sit than get up and enjoy life.

An unhealthy liver can cause indigestion, abdominal discomfort, and even back pain.

In short, if your liver is not healthy, you will not be healthy.

Livaplex is general nutritional support that is designed specifically to detoxify, cleanse, and heal your liver. It contains the following:

This is a homeopathic product that offers general nutritional support to reduce stress and muscle spasms. I can attest to this from first-hand experience.

Years ago, when I was running marathons, I would suffer from muscle tension and pain after a long run. I found that taking two Formula 303 tablets delivered significant relief within 30 minutes.

Sabadil is a homeopathic remedy from Boiron. It is an excellent product that offers general nutritional support for the sinuses.

Sabadil contains:

1. Allium Cepa which helps to relive runny nose

2. Ambrosia Artemisiaefolia which helps to relive coughing

3. Hisaminum Hydrochloricum which relieves symptoms of allergic conditions

4. Euphrasia Officinalis which helps with burning, irritated eyes.

5. Sabadilla relieves sneezing associated with allergies

6. Solidago Virgurea helps with nasal discharge

I dissolve 2 tablets under my tongue. Once they dissolve, I try to keep the solution under my tongue for another 3-5 minutes. It is important that the ingredients enter the body through the large blood vessel under your tongue.

I make sure not eat or drink anything for 15 minutes. This allows the maximum benefit.

If I do not get the relief I am looking for within 15 minutes, I dissolve another 2 tablets under my tongue the same way. I may repeat this a few times until I get the relief I am looking for.

I only use Sabadil when I have symptoms. I have found it to work extremely well.
